DUVA ONE $1 Reservation Offer Terms
The DUVA ONE $1 Reservation Offer is a limited-time launch offer from DUVA, a brand of Fitnexa Inc.
Pay $1 to reserve exclusive DUVA ONE launch benefits, including:
- $50 off one DUVA ONE Standard Package
- 3-month DUVA Membership — $30 value
- Complimentary eye mask — $20 value
DUVA ONE has a standard retail price of $349.99. With your reserved $50 discount, you’ll pay $299.99 for one DUVA ONE Standard Package.
Limited to 1,000 reservations, available on a first-come, first-served basis.
1. How the Offer Works
The Reservation Period begins on October 5, 2026, and ends on October 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM PT, or when all 1,000 reservations have been claimed, whichever comes first.
After your $1 reservation payment is successfully completed, we’ll send a reservation confirmation to the email address you provided.
DUVA ONE is currently planned to become available for purchase on November 1, 2026. We’ll notify reservation holders of the confirmed launch schedule at least 7 days before sales begin.
Your $50 discount code will be sent to the email address used for your reservation within five (5) business days after your $1 reservation payment is successfully completed. The discount code will be valid for 60 calendar days from the date DUVA ONE officially becomes available for purchase.
When you use your discount code to purchase an eligible DUVA ONE Standard Package, your purchase will include the reserved launch benefits: the $50 discount, 3-month DUVA Membership, and complimentary eye mask.
Your $1 reservation payment is separate from the $299.99 DUVA ONE purchase price and is not applied toward the product payment. Your total payment across the reservation and product purchase will therefore be $300.99, before applicable taxes, duties, shipping charges, or other fees.
Your reservation secures the launch benefits only and does not constitute a purchase of DUVA ONE.
We may use the email address provided for your reservation to send reservation confirmations, launch updates, discount codes, and other communications necessary to administer the Offer.
2. Eligibility & Offer Limits
The Offer is available only in countries and regions where DUVA currently accepts orders and provides delivery service. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Offer Terms under the laws of your place of residence.
A total of 1,000 reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Each customer may make one reservation and use the associated discount toward the purchase of one eligible DUVA ONE Standard Package.
All Offer dates and deadlines are based on Pacific Time (PT).
3. Using Your $50 Discount
Your $50 discount applies to the $349.99 standard retail price of one eligible DUVA ONE Standard Package.
The discount code may be used once and only on the official DUVA website. The email address used at checkout must match the email address used for your $1 reservation.
The discount cannot be combined with other promotional prices, discount codes, coupons, points, or credits unless DUVA states otherwise.
The Offer applies only to an eligible DUVA ONE Standard Package and does not apply to SomniPods 3, accessories, or other products or packages.
4. Refunds & Expiration
Before DUVA ONE officially becomes available for purchase, you may request a full refund of your $1 reservation payment at any time, with no reason required, by contacting DUVA Customer Support.
Once your refund request is approved, your reservation benefit and associated $50 discount code will be cancelled and can no longer be used.
If your discount code expires without being used, the code will not be reissued or extended.
Once the $50 discount code has been used to purchase DUVA ONE, the $1 reservation payment is no longer separately refundable, except where required by applicable law. Any refund related to the DUVA ONE product purchase will be handled separately under DUVA’s applicable Returns & Refund Policy.
The time it takes for an approved refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
5. If the DUVA ONE Launch Is Delayed
If the DUVA ONE launch date changes, we’ll notify reservation holders by email. Your reserved $50 discount will remain valid, and the 60-day redemption period will begin on the actual date DUVA ONE becomes available for purchase.
You may request a refund of your $1 reservation payment at any time before the discount code is used.
If DUVA ONE has not become available for purchase by the end of December 31, 2026 (PT), DUVA will automatically refund any $1 reservation payment associated with an unused discount code to the original payment method, and the associated discount benefit will be cancelled.
6. Product Orders & Additional Terms
The $1 Reservation Offer and your later DUVA ONE product purchase are separate transactions. Shipping, product returns, refunds, and warranty coverage for DUVA ONE are governed by DUVA’s applicable Shipping, Returns, and Warranty Policies.
Applicable taxes, VAT, customs duties, import fees, or other charges may apply depending on the delivery destination.
DUVA may cancel a reservation or discount in cases of duplicate participation, fraud, automated activity, unauthorized resale, or attempts to bypass Offer limits.
Except as described in these Terms or required by applicable law, changes made to the Offer after your reservation is successfully completed will not reduce the reservation benefits already secured under these Terms.
Personal information collected in connection with the Offer will be handled in accordance with DUVA’s Privacy Policy.
